This is where it all began.

Aloft Querétaro marks the beginning of our story in hospitality; the first project where we discovered that a hotel is not only designed, it is experienced.

It became the starting point for a deeper way of seeing space: understanding architecture and interior design as stages for welcoming, connecting, and creating memorable experiences.

With a young, vibrant, and contemporary atmosphere, this project opened the path to what has become an essential part of our studio.

Here began our vocation for designing hospitality.

At the threshold between the Caribbean light and the depths of the earth, Renaissance Cancún emerges as a contemporary interpretation of Xibalbá: the Mayan underworld, a realm of mystery, transformation, and memory.

The project symbolically descends into an interior universe where shadow reveals, matter speaks, and light appears as a discovery. Mineral textures, water reflections, silent geometries, and a deep palette shape an immersive atmosphere—closer to an experience than to a space.

Here, design does not illustrate Mayan culture: it evokes it. It abstracts it, contains it, and transforms it into a sensory narrative where every journey is perceived as a passage between worlds.

Renaissance Cancún is an invitation to discover the hidden, to inhabit mystery, and to find beauty in depth.

A contemporary hacienda between desert, sea, and silence.

Set within the extraordinary landscape of Los Cabos, this Four Seasons Residence is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of the Mexican hacienda: timeless, serene, and deeply rooted in place.

The architecture embraces the warmth of tradition through whitewashed walls, terracotta roofs, shaded terraces, natural stone, hand-crafted textures, and gardens shaped by the desert. Every gesture is designed to frame the horizon, soften the light, and create a seamless dialogue between indoor living and the open air.

Inside, the residence reveals a refined balance between Mexican soul and Four Seasons elegance. Oak wood, travertine, woven fibers, soft textiles, and curated furnishings create an atmosphere of quiet luxury—sophisticated yet intimate, elevated yet deeply human.

More than a private retreat, the project becomes an experience of place: a residence where heritage is reimagined with contemporary grace, and where the art of hospitality meets the poetry of Mexican living.

In Belén, San José, Costa Rica, the AC Hotel by Marriott finds its origin in the quiet purity of a natural spring.

The project takes this image as its starting point: the moment when water emerges from the earth, clear, serene, and essential. From this idea, the interior design builds an atmosphere of contemporary calm, where light, textures, and materials engage in dialogue with the fluidity of the Costa Rican landscape.

Each space reveals itself with subtlety, following the principles of the AC Hotel by Marriott brand: precision, clarity, functionality, and restrained elegance. Nothing is excessive; everything responds to intention. Clean forms, natural materiality, and a sober palette evoke the movement of water, mineral freshness, and the necessary pause of the modern traveler.

Rather than representing a place, the hotel interprets its essence. A serene, fluid, and timeless interior, where Belén becomes an experience of origin, balance, and sophistication.

Built on a site once occupied by Tijuana’s historic bullring, Courtyard by Marriott Tijuana transforms memory into a contemporary hospitality experience. The interior design draws inspiration not from spectacle, but from the spatial emotion of the arena: its circular movement, warm shadows, textured materials, and the quiet tension between tradition and modernity.

The project reinterprets this heritage through a refined and contemporary language, balancing the energy of the city with the clarity, comfort, and functionality that define the Courtyard by Marriott brand. Subtle references to the former plaza de toros appear through rhythm, geometry, earthy tones, crafted textures, and architectural gestures that evoke gathering, movement, and a strong sense of place.

Designed for today’s traveler, the hotel offers spaces that feel efficient, welcoming, and connected, while maintaining a narrative rooted in local memory. Courtyard by Marriott Tijuana becomes a new urban landmark where history, hospitality, and contemporary design meet with elegance and purpose.

In a city defined by movement, Encuentro Fortuna emerges as an architecture that follows the rhythm of its surroundings. Its façade interprets the constant flow of Lindavista: the speed of passing cars, the energy of the avenue, and the urban life that moves through it every day.

The project transforms the commercial envelope into a dynamic and contemporary gesture, where lines appear to shift, wrap, and guide the eye. More than a façade, it is conceived as an urban sequence: an architectural skin that changes with the light, with movement, and with the perception of those who experience it in motion.

With a modern and fluid presence, Encuentro Fortuna redefines its relationship with the city, becoming a point of reference within Lindavista’s everyday landscape: a piece that does not seek to stop movement, but to become part of it.

A contemporary pulse within Mexico City’s urban memory.

In the heart of Colonia Roma, the façade of Moxy CDMX emerges as a bold contemporary gesture within one of the city’s most emblematic neighborhoods.

The design creates a deliberate contrast between the historic character of Roma-Condesa and the vibrant, social, and irreverent spirit of the Moxy brand. Glass, light, rhythm, and vegetation come together to shape an active urban presence—open to the street, alive with movement, and deeply connected to the energy of Mexico City.

More than a façade, the project becomes a threshold between the city and the hotel experience: fresh, magnetic, and cosmopolitan. A design that does not imitate its context, but reinterprets it with an international language and a distinctly local soul.

In the heart of Colonia Roma, where history, art, and everyday life unfold with effortless character, Four Points by Marriott becomes a contemporary expression of the neighborhood’s bohemian soul.

The interior design is inspired by Roma’s layered identity: its historic façades, shaded streets, cafés, galleries, and the quiet elegance of a district that has always embraced creativity. Textures, materials, and details come together to evoke a sense of place that feels both familiar and refined, capturing the warmth, rhythm, and cultural depth of Mexico City.

Guided by the principles of Four Points by Marriott, the project balances comfort, simplicity, and authenticity. Each space is designed as an invitation to pause, connect, and experience the city through a relaxed yet sophisticated hospitality atmosphere, where the spirit of Colonia Roma lives in every detail.

At Aloft Playa del Carmen, the interiors move to the rhythm of the Caribbean.

Inspired by the beat of music, the luminous energy of the beach, and the cultural spirit of Playa del Carmen, the project transforms each space into a vibrant, free-spirited, and contemporary experience. Light, texture, and color come together like a sensory composition, evoking the movement of the sea, the cadence of music, and the spontaneous soul of the destination.

True to the essence of Aloft by Marriott, the design celebrates a young, social, and connected hospitality experience, where local culture is expressed with freshness and sophistication. A hotel that is not only inhabited, but heard, felt, and lived.

The interior design of AC Hotel by Marriott San Luis Potosí draws from this timeless legacy, translating the city’s architectural richness into a contemporary hospitality experience. Rather than recreating the past, the project captures its essence through restraint, proportion, materiality, and light.

Inspired by the elegance of historic residences and the solemn beauty of the city’s sacred architecture, each space is designed with a sense of calm sophistication. Clean lines, refined textures, and a carefully balanced palette reflect the AC Hotel by Marriott design philosophy, while subtle local references create a deep connection to San Luis Potosí.

Conceived as a new urban heart for Ciudad del Carmen, this mixed-use complex brings together retail, hospitality, offices, and residences within a single destination.

More than simply combining functions, the project seeks to weave together different ways of living, working, meeting, and staying. A contemporary and vibrant place, designed to foster the city’s growth and offer its residents a unique experience on par with the world’s major urban centers.

An architecture envisioned to become part of everyday life and, over time, part of the city’s memory and identity.

Marriott Mérida draws inspiration from two defining chapters of Yucatán’s heritage: the henequen haciendas and its steel industry. Fiber and steel come together in a contemporary narrative rooted in the identity, history, and cultural richness of the region.

Natural textures, warm woods, stone, and woven fibers contrast with industrial metals and oxidized tones, creating a sophisticated balance between craftsmanship and precision. Subtle references to the architecture of traditional haciendas are reinterpreted through a modern and refined perspective, avoiding literal expressions of the past.

Light, art, and carefully crafted details bring warmth and depth to the spaces, while embracing Marriott’s DNA of effortless elegance, intuitive hospitality, and contemporary comfort.

The result is a hotel deeply connected to Mérida, yet expressed through a timeless, global design language — where tradition, materiality, and modernity converge to create a distinctive sense of place.

A Quiet Expression of Elegance

Set within the California landscape, this private residence unfolds as a study in quiet sophistication. Classical proportions meet a contemporary sensibility, while luminous walls, dark timber beams, and richly grained woods create a refined dialogue of light, shadow, and texture.

Sculptural furnishings, curated art, and bespoke details give each space a distinctive presence without disturbing its sense of calm. Interiors flow naturally toward the surrounding landscape, allowing sunlight, greenery, and changing views to become part of the home’s daily rhythm.

The result is an elegant and deeply personal retreat—timeless yet unexpected, where refinement is felt rather than declared, and every detail contributes to an atmosphere of effortless beauty.

Inspired by Nahualá — enchanted waters —, the hotel’s interior design interprets the deep connection between Caye Caulker and the Caribbean Sea. The movement of water, its reflections, and shifting tones are translated into organic forms, transparencies, artisanal textures, and a palette inspired by sand, tropical vegetation, and the changing depths of the ocean.

Rather than recreating the destination literally or becoming a themed hotel, the project offers a contemporary and sensory interpretation of the island. Each space reflects its relaxed rhythm, natural character, and authentic spirit.

The result is a refined hospitality experience closely connected to its surroundings, while preserving the distinctive DNA of Tribute Portfolio by Marriott: independent hotels with a strong identity, a unique narrative, and a genuine sense of place.

Industrial Rhythms.

Inspired by Monterrey’s industrial legacy, the façade of this Marriott hotel reinterprets the strength, precision, and dynamic spirit that have shaped the city for decades. Through a contemporary composition of structured lines, layered volumes, and carefully articulated materials, the architecture evokes the rhythm of machinery and the solidity of steel without becoming literal.

The result is a refined and timeless exterior that responds to its urban context while expressing the character of Monterrey: resilient, progressive, and constantly evolving. A distinctive architectural identity that combines the city’s industrial heritage with the warmth, sophistication, and global standards of the Marriott brand.

Audatex’s corporate headquarters in Mexico City transforms the language of movement into a distinctive spatial experience. Inspired by the precision, innovation, and energy of the automotive world, the design unfolds as a dynamic landscape where technology and human connection move in harmony.

Flowing geometries, suspended planes, and exposed structures create a sense of continuous motion, while warm wood, transparent glass, and vivid accents soften the industrial character of the space. Graphic interpretations of vehicles and mechanical details become part of the architecture, weaving the company’s identity into every surface.

Open workspaces, collaborative areas, and intimate meeting zones come together in an environment that feels fluid, expressive, and alive—a workplace shaped not only for productivity, but also to inspire creativity, belonging, and a shared journey toward the future.
